What is your delivery time?
If you order before 4:00 PM, you will receive your order within a maximum of 4 business days. If it takes longer than 4 business days, please contact us.
How much is charged for shipping?
Shipping is free at JonkoLovers for orders of €49 or more. For orders below that amount, shipping costs apply. You can check the shipping costs here.
How can I track my order?
After the order has been registered with DHL, you will receive an email with a track & trace code. You can use this code to track your order on the DHL website.
Can I have the order delivered to a different address than my billing address?
Yes, this is possible. During the ordering process, you have the option to provide a different shipping address from the billing address.
Is my order delivered discreetly?
All orders from JonkoLovers are delivered completely discreetly. There is no reference to JonkoLovers on the outside of the packaging. The bank statement will also only show our trade name.
How do I know my order has been received?
As soon as your order has been received, you will get an email with all the order details, confirming it was successfully placed. You will then receive a track & trace link to follow your order.
What is the return policy?
If you are not satisfied, you can return the product within 30 days. Return costs are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed. The product must be returned in its original packaging and undamaged. After receiving the return, the amount will be credited to your account within 10 business days.
